Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped the sport of gymnastics. Her Professional Card was granted a year later, when she was the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. When she was 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card within a year. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her college studies. She came back in 2015 and picked up the point where she had left competing in top competitions like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. By the time 2009 ended she won four additional fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance to finish her college education. Her return came in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and came home with sixth place for the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very happy with her performance. She was up against the very best. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. as well as seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
