Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. She started competing in fitness contests when she was sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end her gymnastics career from childhood. In just one year she earned her pro card at 17 years old. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel had to spend six years away from stage work after she received her Pro card to complete the college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from her previous place of competing in top competitions including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of the year. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took her first six years of competition to get her degree from the college she attended. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place during the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. The show was a success and she came in third. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. A few months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more than proud of her performance. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise is her back. It consists of lat pull-downs, bent rows with a single arm with a pull-up device as well as the seated rows. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel makes the best use of her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
