Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. Her Pro Card was awarded a year later, when she was the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 after she quit the sport of gymnastics. In just one year she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the show to pursue her college education. She came back in 2015 and carried on from her previous place of competing in top competitions like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years following her debut and set herself new goals each year. In 2009, four new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could get her college degree. In October of 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In summer 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was more than proud of her placing. Ariel had to compete against some of the most skilled athletes. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel's favorite body part to work out is the back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm using a pull-up machine, and seated rows. First, she warms up prior to moving into work out sets. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. She does this by super setting all of her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a lighter weight and another days heavy weight.
