Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. She won her Pro Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the show to pursue her university education. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. In 2009 she won four more health titles. Also, year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. Ariel had a long break after earning her Pro card to get her degree from college. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished at third. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud of her 6th position in the Fitness Division despite being completely unprepared. There is no doubt that Ariel did well given that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel loves to work out her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, along with bent-over rows. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
